ITCSC Winter School was first launched on January 2008 to promote collaboration and academic exchange among regional universities in the field of theoretical computer science and communications. This year the Winter School will be held from January 14 - 17, 2013 at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is co-organized by Institute of Network Coding (INC) and Institute of Theoretical Computer science and Communications(ITCSC). This year's theme is "Computing with noisy data". The Winter School is a great opportunity to find out about Hong Kong's academic environment, meet talented students from across Asia, and explore an interesting city.
It is a 5 day program that will combine academic learning, cultural exchange, and community exploration. These five days are a great opportunity for you to socialize and interact with top students from universities across Asia. We hope that all of you will have an enjoyable learning experience.
Undergraduate students of computer science and electrical engineering from universities across Asia are welcome to apply. Invitations will be sent to a selected number of students based on the quality of your application and budgetary considerations. Should you be invited, ITCSC and INC will cover your round-trip airfare to Hong Kong, your accommodation, and your meals.
